Instructions to make Polenta Chips:
  1. Boil the water in a pot and add the stock cube.
  2. Gradually whisk in the polenta until it reaches a thick polenta reaches a porridge like consistency.
  3. Once the polenta is ready, add the cheese and butter and continue to mix in off the heat. Once mixed in we'll, allow to cool a little bit.
  4. Line a baking tray with cling film and pour in the mixture into the pan.

In fact I started to do so, but I was creating a bit of a mess. These polenta chips are super easy to make and so delicious. They always come out crispy on the outside, fluffy in the middle and so full of flavour!
