  8. Stirr so that every part of the beef in the pot gets coated
  9. Top up with a little water and let simmer for 3mins
  10. Season as required once done.. pour in the thickner and stirr to go round
  11. Add the remaining veggies and let cook for few min till your desired sauce consistency.
  12. Your sauce is ready… serve with rice just as in the pictur

To serve, pour black bean sauce over vegetables and stir until well-coated. A pot roast would work beautifully for this. Cook until combined and warm throughout. Spread chips out on a large cookie sheet. Top with meat/bean/salsa mixture and sprinkle.
