6. Prepare 1 chopped tomatoes, drained well. too wet will cause for soggy pizza.
7. Prepare bunch of fresh baby spinach.
8. Prepare slice fresh mozzarella
9. Prepare 2 cup freshly grated asiago cheese

3. Put on toppings then the cheeses.
4. Bake in a 450° f oven for 20 minutes.
5. This recipe is really good grilled. I actually prefer grilling but the snapshot shows it baked.
6. Don't forget to serve with fresh ground black pepper. I think this is so much better than crushed red pepper flakes. Trust me on this :)
